By participating in this activity, I give consent to be photographed, video taped or filmed during the activity for Irvine Management Company and its agents to use your likenesses, voices, actions and statements without compensation for promotional purpose in any media now known or later developed and I release the Releasees from any liability on account of such usage. I acknowledge that I am familiar with the provisions of California Civil Code § 1542, which provides as follows: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” I, being aware of said code section, hereby expressly waive any rights I may have thereunder, as well as any other statute or common law principles of similar effect. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ALL OF ITS CONTENTS AND LEGAL EFFECT. I AGREE THAT THIS RELEASE IS CONTRACTUALLY BINDING, AND MY SUBMISSION IS OF MY OWN FREE WILL."
